Hello everyone, my name is Andrew. I'm putting together a development team for 2D games and hopefully 3D in the future. I wanted to make this thread as sort of a job posting for the website, and hopefully make some new friends as well. These job positions are permanent and not short term. The whole team will get paid by revenue or rev-share. Currently, I'm the director of the team, but I am open to any ideas my team may have. Once all positions are filled up, I'll be hosting a Skype chat meeting, just to get to know the team so nobody is complete strangers. Below are the positions available...

2D Pixel Artist (Characters) Max. 5 people

2D Pixel Artist (Environment) Max. 5 people

Concept Artist Max. 3 people

Sound Designer Max. 2 people

Social Media Manager. Max. 1 person

Currently, all positions are available. If you are interested in any of these positions, contact me via email at andlloyd12@gmail.com . I will look at your portfolio and if I like what I see, you're on the team! I respond usually within 30 minutes, depending on time differences. Thank you so much for the help, and I hope to work with you soon! :)

And what's your role here exactly? What experience do you have in that field and how does the revenue share work? Everyone clocking their time and everyone gets a share based on the time put into the project? If so, how do you judge good quality work from bad quality work? Who decides on the share, just you? What will you base your decision on?

Not enough info on the project to even entertain the idea.

I don't go by the quality of work, nor do I go by how much time was put in. I think we should all get an equal cut of what we make off of the game. It's only me and one other person in this project, and I'm not a big company. And to be honest, I don't really see bad quality in the work of a project. If some changes need to be made, I'm not going to say "oh that's horrible." The point I'm trying to make here is that as long as everyone in the team puts effort into the future projects, they're doing their part. I'm not going to sit here and decide whether they should get this amount for this much work, no. We all get paid equally, and that's how I plan to do things. If I went off topic, I apologize. Also, I'll be programming the game as well as making plans for the game. Although it may be tough just me programming, but I feel more comfortable programming rather than sitting around and basically do nothing. I want to put all of my effort into these projects, but I only have so little knowledge.
