Project manager for hire | unpaid Thread

Hello.

Experience:

6 months as Junior QA.

6 months as QA manager.

6 months as Junior Project manager (mobile f2p)

1 year as Project Manager (mobile f2p)

I'm working in a video games publisher company, which name I'd rather not disclose here, if you don't mind

For now, I've had experience in preparing mobile projects already published in China for further worldwide publishing, which includes working with:

QA, localization, monetization preparation, establishing and achieving KPIs for soft and commercial launches and post-launch operation with releasing updates, continuing bug fixing, ASO for Google Play and App Store, changing the current monetisation mechanics and introducing new ones based on metrics, working with said metrics to check for the project's growth points, keeping the crash rate at bay to grant the game stores' autofeaturing possibilities.

What am I doing here?

All of the above relates to dealing with an already finished product and I'm looking for gaining experience in development as a project manager.

So if you are in need of a man who has an understanding of what to do with the game after it's released and can help in terms of planning and prioritisation in the game preparation, I'd be glad to help.
