Long story short, some friends and I are working on a game and we need more pixel artist. It’s a top-down adventure game with a zany story, erratic characters, lots of exploring, and world traveling. Before I begin to go into depth, I must inform you that you will not be compensated until our game begins to sell. The game art uses 16x16 tile sets for the most part, but there will be cutscene images with much higher quality. Think along the lines of the Legend of Zelda Oracle games. You don’t have to be the best pixel artist as a good number of us working on the game are beginners ourselves, and we’re hoping we can all grow together. If you’re not that great, we’ll give you small jobs like designing miscellaneous objects like pots or TVs. If you’re a little more skilled you can help me with tilesets! If interested, please shoot me an email with a little bit about yourself, artistic level, and a few images of your work if you have any. We’re a friendly bunch, so don’t be shy!
