Notifications suggestion Thread

In the top-right corner there is a notification saying User has made a post in the topic "Topic"
"Messages" "Updates" and "Threads" should highlight when there is one
Green circle shows when there is at least 1 new message, update or thread, it's gray when there isn't one
The gray arrow opens notifications list

Also, the number of notifications would be indicated too in the site header (tabs).
