Need help making text upside down Word / Photoshop Thread

When you make advertisements for something you usually use a folder: A4 that is split in half.
But on the upper half the text must be upside down, while the lower half should be written normal.
So I can open and close the folder.

However, I followed Google already. Which says that I had to make a textbox and then change the direction of the text inside. But it only rotates 0, 90 and 270 degrees. I need 180 degrees.

Can someone help me out?

I have Office 2007 and Photoshop

If you forward me to other software, please let it be free unless there is no other option.

In Photoshop, select your layer, press ctrl+T, then Right Click, and finally select Rotate 180 Degrees.
