Map mod for Medieval II Total War Thread

In the mod, there should be new map for Medieval II Total war: Kingdoms, not based on real world or any movie or book. Country names could be changed, but no other difference could be there.There is lot of map mods but most of them are maps of Europe. And some fantasy mods are great, but I would like another maps to play.

Is possible to make it a submod for some fantasy mod like Third age Total War or Gothic Total War and use their units and make own cities, countries, development trees and map. I would make in this situation some work, probably on trees and countries. So no animations will be changed and there will not be so much work.
