Looking for help with my game Thread

Hello, i have been working for a while now on my game using my own engine. I have come to the point I need a programmer but I find very difficult to find a suitable candidate for this position and now I am in the situation I do not need any help on that side ( but if anyone wants to propose I can consider that ). I need a 3d model artist for models and textures. I plan to start a kickstarter campaing, so I need someone well versed into creating and mantaining a community. For the moment this is a rev-shared project.
