I have trouble coming up with good banter. Thread

Hi! Never really thought I'd ever be posting here, really, but I've been noticing my difficulties much more recently.

I'm absolutely awful at coming up with good banter, it really affects how I have conversations with people because it keeps me serious about something without actually being able to make jo cbd productskes ontop of the ones my friends make. I usually end up playing it off with a "yeah" or a laugh, but most of the time I don't really build a top of it, because I can't think of anything good to say.

I dunno if there's anything I should be practicing or if I should look at more shows and books for more creative responses, but I really want to improve on it, especially since I'm nearly a proper adult now.

hi, I think you need to be more open, read and look at different people more, take some tactics =). But the main thing is to believe in yourself and you will succeed
