How to make a mod work in DoW Soulstorm campaign? Thread

I have been enjoying mods for years and have recently begun to attempt modding on my own. I have Corsix and been able to muddle my way through so far. I am using the Titanium Wars mod as a base and just want to add some units to the Imperial Guard. I have succeeded in making it playable to a degree. Everything is fine in skirmish mode and even works in the campaign fine until I attack an enemy stronghold. I attack the Sisters of Battle and I win. The problem is that when the game is loading back to the campaign map after victory, the game crashes to desktop. I am assuming that there is a file or file group specific to the stronghold battles that I need to mod, but have no idea where to look, or what to do with it when I find it. All advice it welcome, and any tips or instructions on modding in general is very much appreciated.
