Greetings to you all! I am looking for sprite artists, composers, animators (primarily) and background&location designers as well as a new Lead Artist, Lead Composer and a Lead Animator for a videogame that I'm working on called OverTune: Miraculous Melody. I am this game's Director and Lead Designer

OverTune is a 2.5D hack'n'slash-platformer that is heavily themed around a musical influence. In this game you take control of four out of eight (you can switch your party members freely before going on a stage for example) music academy students that have been given an ability to merge together with eight Music Heroes, respectively.

This game's main gameplay-mechanics basically consist of mixing and matching the said characters' abilities and attacks together, for different party members can influence each others' basic attacks. For example, you can perform an attack by pressing the x-button on your keyboard for heavy attacks and z-button for light attacks. But if you happen to have a certain party member on your team that synergizes with your currently selected character, you can continue that button-press with for example x -> z -> z which will switch you into another character on the fly that will immediately perform a continuation attack after a button has been pressed (Kind of like LuCiel from Elsword [game used as inpiration for out gameplay-mechanics] and a little bit like how tag-team members work in fighting games like Marvel VS. Capcom, to give out an example)

I am planning to turn this into a commercial game at one point, but we don't have a budget yet. I, however, have been working on an Indiegogo campaign and its preparations so that we could possibly seek financing for this project. But since my project has been dead for a while, I need to assemble a new team to make the final push towards reaching this goal, as well as for eventually completing this game one day, naturally

If we would be able to launch our Indiegogo campaign, we would be asking for 500.000€ (by default, but this amount can be lowered if our plans change and/or if reaching this goal won't be feasible/realistic) and each member on our team would be paid up to 5000€ (more if the funds just allow it) out of that budget. On top of that, whatever OverTune would make in sales when it gets released, each member on our team would also be entitled to a share of that revenue as well. I personally would not take a single penny out of our budget, but would receive my salary only once the game gets released
