Help needed with giveaway Thread

I had recently made a giveaway, however upon noticing some bugs in the game, I deleted the giveaway before it could be authorized because I had no idea how long it would take to patch them.

I managed to patch them within the day, so later on I tried to make yet another Giveaway but it asked me to update the current one rather than making a duplicate, so I did just that.

Today, I noticed the giveaway is completely gone, so I thought that it had been just deleted off, so I decided to make yet another one but again, it asks me to update the old one rather than making the duplicate.

Can someone help me?
