Half life 1 mouse issues Thread

Hi, I just installed a mod, and while I have raw mouse input ON, it behaves weirdly, it still accounts for where my mouse is in relation of the window. This means I can only turn so far left and right. If I pause the game, recenter my mouse, and then unpause I can turn further in either direction a little bit before getting stuck again. This problem goes away if I remove raw mouse input, but I'm not playing with mouse acceleration. All I see online for this are saying to turn it on, but turning it on is what causes the problem for me.

I haven't solved it.
