Guardians of Middle Earth for PC Thread

I've been playing GOME with a small community on Discord, and the game is great, honestly. Probably my favorite MOBA. However, the game has a few flaws due to it's dead state and the poor execution of the PC port. Most notably, cooldowns for Elrond are dramatically shortened, making him incredibly OP. Also, commands are broken. Previously, they were level locked and now they are not. Long story short, I am interested in modifying some of these simple aspects of the game, though I know very little about modding in general. Is there anyone out there who would be interested in helping me with this task?
