Diablo 2 Multiple Mods Thread

Hello all!

I am curious about if it's possible to have multiple mods for Diablo 2 installed at the same time, so I can switch back and forth when I feel like it. I have a tendency to get bored easily, so switching between various mods sounds like fun. I currently have D2SE up and running with the Glory of Nephilim mod, but some of the other mods don't seem to be D2SE compatible. If I download and extract the files to the correct D2 folder, will that mess up the first mod, or will I be able to switch back and forth at will?
