Cant upload any Files Thread

i wanted to upload a new file for my mod, first I uploaded it from my pc =Error Uploading Try Again

When I attempted it with a dropbox link = The file you uploaded (Largo\'s_More Troops Mod Beta Version 1.1.7z) could not be found, please try again.

Can someone help please?
