I've created two short videos showing the current voices of units in the game. I used text to speech software to create them - not actual voices, but I'll still try to make it various and high quality.
I always liked it in other RTS games, that different units have well-distinguishable voices, and I'll try to make more voice profiles in the future, as some voices are yet being used by multiple units.
I also tried to create some kind of "voice design" for the two sides, just like there is a main shape design for them (State forces use either assymetrical designs, or "butterfly" design, the colonies use arcs, rounded shapes and mostly symmetric ships).
The main idea is, that the colonies use some robotic forces, and the actual personnel is much less trained, than the state forces, who are more official in their responses.
I'm planning to finish the demo soon, so at least before the end of August, I can upload it to Itch.io, most of the units and gameplay elements are done, but it still needs a lot of work to be a fully-working demo.
