This is not an engine in itself, this is just a term that can be used as a name for the "2D" RTS games Westwood Studios developed. They never officially announced, named or released this engine.

i've always loved these much better than the new ones. where an easy AI can kick u if you mess up. and the graphics were smooth i really wish they released the engine.
Made games feel more like games. 3D RTS's are still fun, but not in the same way.
