This is a recreation of the NES zelda i made using Zelda Classic (check official page for more info). Everything is pre-packaged in the .rar, however you may need to start a new save file. create a new save slot, then press the button for "load custom quest", find your directory for the game, and select Zelda Overture v1.4 There is an EXTENSIVE amount of changes to the original game, PLEASE READ THE FAQ included with the download! chances are it will answer most if not all of your questions. This is the actual set of files, including the latest 1.4 update for Overture. The download from the linked homesite is currently out of date (awaiting site admin to update files)

why wont it load
Please read the description. If you have any additional problems, i will need more detail than "it wont load"
Okay this has me really confused, the version here is 1.4 and its 12.9mb
The latest version on the site is 2.50 but its around 9mb. I checked the history and it says that the v2.50 one was uploaded november 2009 and this one is uploaded 2012... Can someone clarify which one is the newest official release?
This is version 1.4 of the game itself.
The website has version 2.50 of Zelda Classic, which can be used to load the game. They are two separate pieces, like and emulator and a rom.
Both of which btw, are contained in the download.
