Warmod is a gamemode for Gary's Mod using Fretta set in the Half-Life universe that tries to bring together sandbox, deathmatch, and RTS elements into a single cohesive experience that immerses players in cooperative and strategic combat.
After a small break upon completing Warmod 1.0, We all sat around and really looked at our creating. Yeah it was fun for the initiated, and yeah it was our baby, built from the ground up with love and a whole hellova lot of work, it wasn't what we wanted. And so the process of overhauling Warmod began. First we looked at providing players with information, and making things more simple, 'cause a lot of you were looking Warmod over because it was just to confusing. We think we've fixed that, simplifying the base building process and providing players with tool tips and gameplay hints. The other problem we found was that Warmod was increadibly imbalanced. I personaly spent time analysing gameplay and weapon balance. This resulting overhaul completly
replaces all of Warmods weaponry, designed from the ground up to be balanced and satisfying. To acompany these weapons, we expanded upon the perk concept and replaced with with a pseudo class system that rewards players for kills with bigger and better bonuses. We hope that these changes will do Warmod justice.
Installation:
To install warmod, extract to your steam\steamapp\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\gamemodes folder.
To install the maps, extract the to your steam\steamapp\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\maps folder.

•Added a few extra tutorial navpoints.
•Deployer will now inform the player where to place its package.
•When placing a Gas Extractor, the nearest acid pool will have a Navpoint.
•Players now have a navpoint marking their team's mold.
•Buckets now spill easier but will stay upright when not being carried.
•Changed Arms Upgrade to Weapon Tech Center, and moved all weapon-related buttons to it.
•Added a HELP button for each factory, giving exhaustive explanations for each factory.
•Fixed ammo having invisible icons
•Removed element splitter since the gas extractor has the same purpose now.
•M-Cap changed to Generator, which produces energy in addition to linking nearby factories.
•Unlinke M-Cap, Generators can be Redeployed (they have a menu)
