Mkay, First.. This game is great, but is FAR too limited.
Add mobs. (Pigs, Sheep, Zombies..)
Weapons would be fun to have death matches.
Make it so you can save your server and creations. (IMPORTANT)
Make the characters customizable.
Make it so being killed makes you respawn, now be sent back to the lobby.
If these are all implimented the game would be great.
