A minor update for TFO fixing HUD positions, jump bug, fullbright maps, etc... Requires v2.3.0 to work! This is a patch!

- Fixed jump bug when you have low stamina
- Fixed a minor issue related to the dialogue system
- Changed capacity of SVT-40
- Added new viewbob vars from HEVCrab!
- Updated HUD to position properly on especially 4:3 ratio resolutions.
- Fixed fullbright maps
- Changed the game icon.

- Fixed Dialogue Bug in Hotel Map.
- Fixed Glow Issue after reloading/load/saving.

Notice: You need to have at least TFO v2.3.0 or v2.3.1 installed for this patch to work. Previous fixes from v2.3.1 is included in this patch as well!
