Version 1.0, terrain shown on zoom out and paper map grid retained.
First release! Just unzip the contents into your Hearts of Iron 3/tfh/mod folder and select /Terrain Shader Map Mod/ in the launcher. Should be pretty compatible with whatever mods you decide to run alongside it since this doesn't alter provinces or anything like that, just graphical aspects of the map.
