Q: Why this mod exist?

A: I'm just bored waiting for Nine Tailed Fox mod and Ultimate Edition Reborn so I make this.

Q: Will you make Cartoony SCPs?

A: Already in my plan.

Q: What program did you use?

A: Paint.net.

Q: Why is this different from original SCP Containment Breach?

A: It is based off on my blocky human arts.

This mod make Human NPCs more cartoony although I might make cartoony SCPs in future, this is my first mod so expect some error and mistake in the texture.
