Simsprogramer v2.8 file

sorry I've been really busy with tests at school so i wasnt able to work on simsprogramer as much as i would of liked to. here are the features in this -removed the old special events -fixed glitch in hallway -fixed glitch with rails in the first town -added a new town -added a way to farm money (only for a bit and will be removed next update) -added new special event -fixed bug with spelling error in beginning town (my bad) Enjoy playing
