Damn, try to reload the page and click on 'Download now' and Click on The 'Click to begin downloading ShutterInstallation3.1.exe from Gamefront.' If that won't work try Going to 'See more' and Download from the link below (Rapidshare)

I got the same error. It wouldn't start. Error 13
Ok last post.
Uninstall the game but don't delete the folder.
Download D3D9.DLL and put it in the Shutter game directory.
Install the game.
Enjoy.
PS: The game really loads very long. I don't know why let's wait what the publisher has to say.

Yeah, It gives some unlucky people a hard time to run it.Try re-installing it, run as a administrator and disable your antivirus.

I get some DBProTextDebug.dll error ;__;
W7 x64, av disabled, run as admin and even added to DEP white list...
Too buggy to even try and test the game. Most of the people who got the game can't even play. :/
