UPDATED TO WORK ON 1.6.0 IRONCLAD UPDATE

Focus trees:
-Reworked Shin-Ra Focus tree (J.E.N.O.V.A path).
-Reworked Communist USA Focus path.
-Added 4 new focuses to Shin-Ra Focus Tree.
-Added 2 new focuses to Communist USA path.

Ideas/advisors:
-Added Lazard Deusericus as military advisor.

Events:
-Added 7 new events for Shin-Ra Focuses.

Sounds:
-More corrections to multiple events sounds playing at once.

GFX:
-Hopefully now fixed missing naval combat icons for some ships.
-Added new event pictures.
-Added new focus art.
-Added new advisor picture.
