Settling Revenge Prototype V0.4 file

This is the fourth publicly available version of the prototype. Just run the installer and you are ready to go. Just keep in mind that this is a very early version, it simply exists for feedback, not for entertainment, so you will currently be thrown into a world without a clue about anything. That is something that will be worked on before the final version.
