Just extract and run the executable file.

Controls are
WSAD - Movement
LMB - Attack
RMB - Defend
Q - Use Bomb
E - Use Potion / Consumable Item
Tab - Zoom in Map
I / Esc - View Inventory

Controls are also on the first screen after you select a character and start the game.
