my labtop cannot play it what program would I use to run the file?

I download the game, and I click on the tab, and I get A pop up saying class not registered? WT hells A class not registered?! how am i suppose to sign in to play Puppet Master The Game??? Please Tell Me Why It Won't Work. I don't understand?
