This mod adds several new government types, which are all exactly the same except for their names.
Smaller Feudal Monarchies outside of the HRE are now principalities. Smaller Feudal Monarchies inside of the HRE are duchies. Under certain circumstances, very small countries in the HRE can become counties. By expanding, you can turn a duchy/principality into a kingdom (although most kingdoms will retain their titles even with only one province.) It also contains localizations for special cases, like Lithuania is now a Grand Duchy, Finland is a Grand Principality, etc.
These changes only affect Feudal Monarchies. Despotic Monarchies and later monarchies will still all be referred to as kingdoms. This mod also works for Islamic Feudal Monarchies, the smaller countries are referred to as Emirates. I didn't change the histories for the Indian Sultanates, so they will originally appear as Emirates, but the events will fix these cases within 2 months.
If you wish to use this mod in a larger mod, please give me credit. Also if you find any bugs, let me know. I ported this from EU3, but I think everything is working fine.
