Made a fix to stop a condition that could cause another plane to not be
visible.
Made a change in the alt-tab minimizing routine for systems that are having
problems minimizing.
Strat now displays and works correctly on small maps.
Muzzle flashes now display on all manned guns.
P-38 turn indicator was off center.
Fixed a shadow bug on the 190A-5.
B5N gunner was not getting a muzzle flash.
Bf 110 fuel leaks now display from the correct spots.
Ju 87 trim indicator now works correctly.
Fixed some transparency problems on the B-26.
