This is an old version of Paranormal. I'm releasing it for free because it contains newer code that can better be used to test if the full game will work on your PC before purchasing it on Desura. You can purchase Paranormal on Desura. The Steam version will be FREE if you purchased Paranormal on Desura! Vote for Paranormal on Steam Greenlight so we can get Paranormal on Steam!

No it isn't xD It's an installer for the beta. It also installs .net framework and DirectX, like every other game does :)
Man i have a problem in the beta, when the game starts i can see only the batery of flashlight and listen the sound of game but i cant see the places, i need help please, i play in the window MOD )'=

Come on man this is not like every other game lol I've literally never had any problems installing a game until this one! It crashes just before its finished installing. After that there is a shortcut added to my desktop anyway but when I try to run it, it comes up in a windowed box and in slow motion. My laptop isnt amazing but it runs stuff like Amnesia and Half life 2 so surely it shouldnt have a prob running this one. Please help!

Yep. It does. It runs most games except next gen games like Dead Space or Skyrim. I don't understand what's with this UDK installer. The beta 5 runs in a window but in slow mo and then just crashes on the main screen. The other versions just tries to install the UDK program but also crashes :-(

How do I change the resolution of the game?
If there are no graphics settings ingame, go to the game's install location->UDKGame->Config->DefaultEngine.ini. Once that's opened, edit the lines under [SystemSettings] that say ResX and ResY. For 1920x1080, set it to ResX=1920 and ResY=1080.

What's your computer's specs? Does it meet the game's minimum requirements?
yes it does i have a dell inspiron one it has windows 7 and its a 64 bit operating system with a 2.80ghz processor

It won't run without them installed and some people don't have them installed. You can skip their installation.

Yes, buying the game on Desura will give you instant access to beta 9.3! It includes outside, the basement, attic, garage, etc.

Norton is the worst anti-virus on the planet. This is not a virus, though Norton is more of a virus. I'd recommend uninstalling Norton and using Microsoft Security Essentials (it's free and better). I can provide you with a download link to it, if you'd like. It's protected my PC well over the past two years :)
This one wont install for me. It gets to about 98% done n then just stops :-(
Are you installing or downloading? Try redownloading the game, sometimes the file gets corrupted.

I'm having some problems with the camera. It keeps spinning and going up. My computer is good enought to play games such as skyrim and etc. Only thing is that my computer is 32 bits
Do you have a gamepad plugged in? When does it spin? Have you disabled camera shake in the settings?
I don't have a gamepad in and it spins every single time, always going up

It sounds like either a mouse or gamepad issue, though you said you didn't have one plugged in. Have you tried rebooting, reinstalling, etc?
