- Hi, The purpose of this mod is to make the Middle East more important to the game, since it's a main supplier of Oil outside the Main Powers. It's designed to be a proxy war preceding WW2.
- Minors has limited technological trees. why? because it does not make sense that Butan researches Fighter3 before America does!. Instead, minors would have to buy advanced weapons from majors.
- Minor Nations in ME can purchse weapons from Majors. Will make a separate mod where all minors can buy weapons from majors.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE LIMITED TECHNOLOGICAL TREE FOR MINORS, YOU CAN REMOVE IT BY DELETING "technologies" folder in msr/common/technologies, OR JSUT EDIT IT TO "technologiesXXX".
