The very first version of Metal Gear Boss Fights, this version features our titular hero low-poly man pitted against Metal Gear Rex

Features
- Fight against Metal Gear Rex in a recreation of the boss fight from Metal Gear Solid 1
Requirements
Everything is pretty blocky, however post processing effects are used to give a more 'cave-like' look to Rex's hangar.
As post processing doesn't typically take too much, this fight should run on most machines.
Installation
- Download zip file
- Open zip file
- Find folder to extract contents to
- Double click the .exe
- Done
Controls
- WASD/Directional Arrows - Movement
- E - Swap between chaff grenades and stinger
- Left Click - Fire current weapon
- Right Click - Use ration
- Tab - Open music player
- C - Open cheat menu (NOT IMPLEMENTED)
- Esc - Quit (Also not implemented, woops)
Known Issues
- While a cheat menu is planned, it currently hasn't been implemented into the main battle
- Rex's feet are supposed to destroy props and hurt the player, but the code hasn't been finished for this
- Sometimes after death, the player's animation will bug out and they will stand right back up
- Rex's head sometimes doesn't acknowledge the player at all, meaning sometimes a player won't be targeted by machine guns
- Rex's laser is sometimes not triggered during fights
- The stinger can be picky about what it considers a lock-on
- The third person camera doesn't adapt for walls
- Chaff grenades can still be used while stunned
- The main menu looks best in 800x600
