The iSorrowProductions update Minor update for AI improvement and some quality of life fixes after ISP made a video featuring the mod and pointed out some problems
* Civil wars will now happen quicker if the country is not AI-controlled, a larger challenge for humans to manage rebels otherwise their country will break out in war
* Adjusted map item sizes, so cities, forts and ports show slightly smaller on the map. Therefore, the map looks much less cluttered and neater. Ports, depots, and forts are still visible at a higher zoom level
* Adjusted essential values in the defines.lua after a lot of testing. AI will now spread out their armies more evenly rather than keep a couple of death stacks. This reduces the chances of the infamous bug where armies get stuck walking around and don't know what to do. Further adjusted some additional values regarding troop loss, morale, etc, meaning battles happen differently
*Adjusted the "Base" manpower level of a province from 1 to 5. Civil wars and independence wars are a lot more deadly because of this, and seem to last longer as a new country has a higher chance of massing militias and going on the offensive
* Balanced the odds for a civil war a bit more to the rebel side - higher income, manpower for the first couple of months in a civil war. This allows new civil war countries to quickly grab territory before a stalemate or a change of fate occurs.
