It just says that LiquidCubed has stopped working.

me to it says liquid cube has stoped working when ever i try and open it up
If you both have checked to make sure you have what's required and it still isn't working, check this thread (below) on instructions to retrieve your dxdiag.txt, we'll see if we can't diagnose the problem from that.
