Improved Hazmat Zombie Surprise Jumpscare Animation Tweak file

I don't like how this jumpscare, "surp_sight" sequence animation looks awfully lazy as if it rushed the making of the Hazmat Zombie, so I tweak it a little. Source files are also included in this pack.
