I can't seem to get any people to live in my city. I can get commerce and industry going but nothing else.
All houses of citizens must be in range of all infrastructure. The range of the infrastructure building is indicated by the grey area which is shown when you move the ingame cursor to the infrastructure building. In a version to come, a deeper help system will provide more information.
do i need winrar in order to load up the game becuse when i download it, it opens up in microsoft word!
