Yea thanks for reporting back on this because it has worked for some people and then not others. I did confirm with Serbian_101 about this and it worked for him so this is what was wrong.
I'll tell you in a pm, don't want to mess up the comments here. Exporting the module system you must have either pyme or use the batch build module file using python.

This mod is the only reason i play the old m&b for
Every time I try to load it with M&B, It starts the loading screen, then crashs with "Unable to open file: CommonRes\missiles.brf"
I said this to another guy so try this out.

I have downloaded it but I'm not sure what to do with it.

i got some weird error after the loading textures i dont under stand what it is?
its not the missles thing, done what xPearse said got past that bit
