Instructions:

Download the ZIP file. Extract this, and put the HelloNeighborRemaster file into UE4. You can do this by putting your mouse over the "Edit" button at the top. Click plugins, and insert HelloNeighborRemaster into it. Check the box "Show plugin content", open it in your UE4 Content Browser, and open the level titled "World"
