This is another pre-alpha... Chaos is ensured. Allot of this is still a work in process; definitely not complete. But it improves allot on the previous release. *South Carolina is about the most interesting ahistorical country to play ATM. I plan on adding flavor to this region and then the Forer United States and then so on...

which version is stable to play it?
None really they're all demos, your best bet is to go with the laster version. But for future reference the version with a Full number before the decimal will be absolutely stable. i.e v1.0
