Fall of Bleak Point v1.4 + RTP file

An updated version of v1.4 containing the RTP, for all who had the RGSS202E.dll problem. If you use this version YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD the RTP from rpgmakerweb.com - just extract this version instead, and use the game.exe to start the game. Hopefully this should fix all issues I have been hearing lately.
