I got it to work. The ".mod" file doesn't use the same name as the folder does.
what name does it use please help! i really want to plat this game i would really appreciate it

You have to rename the folder Emperorkings to "Emperor Kings" exactly, otherwise it won't work. Iwould recommend to do the same for the .mod file as well.
The mod don't work.
