Devil's Creek Demo Patch file

This patch fixes, changes, and adds things. FIXES: -Not being able to pick up the crowbar Changes- -Neighbor's spawn location, it would bug sometimes, allowing him to get out of the library before you open it. Changed to generator room. -Player Speed, the player is now slowed down by 150 for waling, he is now walking at a speed of 400. He is also slowed down by about 300 for running. He runs at a speed of 550, the normal walk speed. Added: - A new note - A new mesh - A little extra decor.
