installation instructions + how to launch the mod thingie

1. Install 7-zip first. Then open "ChilledCowBGs.7z"
2. Drag "ChilledCowBGs" to your Amnesia directory
3. Go to "ChilledCowBGs" and click on either the "ChilledCowBG_Day.bat" or "ChilledCowBG_Night.bat" files
4. Enjoy.
