Bombs and Bullets version 0.05 Win64 (broken) file

Here is version 0.04 of the 2D RTS game, Bombs and Bullets. In this version, we add aircraft, fill out infantry, add missile weapons, basic particles, slight UI improvements, lighting improvements, as well as repair and healing functionality. Multiplayer currently does not work, but will be restored in the next mini-update.
