Arkan v0.10 file

Demo version of Arkan mod. v0.10. Adds a lot of new things that the last version didn't have. Installation instructions below...

Install instructions:

Unzip .zip file. Goto your Modules folder. Make a copy of Native and rename it Arkan. Then go to your new Arkan folder and replace the following items with the ones in the zip file: troops.txt, item_kinds1.txt, main.bmp, parties.txt, party_templates.txt, skills.txt, and menus.txt.

This is v0.10 it is the tenth version of this mod and the fifth version that i have released to the public.
