AotSE Custom Launcher file

While you can set the Launch Options for Ashes against the Steam client within the app it will do so against any Steam accounts it finds. In this case you would be better manually making these changes within Steam and avoid using the Set Install Folder to avoid overwriting changes for other Steam user whom also play AotS:E on their account.
