already stuck at first room..no way to leave.
There is a way to leave... do you think I would upload a story if it isn't a way to leave the first room?
Put the chair on the table and a lockpicker will be located at the window.

Okay I have the .zip file downloaded but now what do I do?!
Depends on if you use steam or not
For steam users:
1:Disc C (or where ever you have Amnesia installed)
2:Program
3:Steam
4:Steamapps
5:Common
6:Amnesia
7:Custom stories
8:Open up the .zip file and put the "Alma folder" in your custom stories folder
Done! Now start Amnesia and the rest should be obivious..
