Adios America 1.10 file

This version mostly just adds every name to multicultural and every portrait to it too, so you should get some very interesting combinations for generals and admirals. Also included is history files for the newer version of CWE that's on GITHUB, in which some party names were changed.

Might not be save game compatible, some of mine worked fine, others would not load, so just be aware.
